"What can I say? We had a unique situation involving a trade or two. We were prepared to go anywhere from New Hampshire down to Maryland. I happened to give Miracle Mile a call and spoke with Tony. He admitted that he did not have what I wanted, but would work with me to find it and make the deal work. I had two other dealerships that had the bike I wanted, but I called Tony back because something about the way he spoke let me think that Miracle Mile was different.
Well, today I came home with our new anniversary edition Road King Classic and all is great. Tony,even though he is the new guy, made it happen. Joey A in finance was honest and awesome. Len, well what can I say about Len that probably has not been said already. All the rest of the staff, sales, motor clothes, service and not to leave out Steve from parts, are fantastic!

"On my quest for a part that nobody else seemed to carry I found it here. Not only did they have the part in stock the service Manager Richie quoted me a great price on the installation that I coudn't pass up. I was supprised that he would take me in that very next morning because of my trip to Americade they considered it an emergency. How About That! They do Understand. "Being collectively lazy I'm not usually one to write a testimonial for a company or its service, preferring instead to reward them with my ongoing business, but this is one time I find writing such a thing to be almost mandatory. I usually read the testimonials with the proverbial 'grain of salt' figuring it can't all be true and yet here I am writing my very own for some of the very same reasons others' have. "I would like to start off by saying you guys are great, and that the dealership is beautiful! I'm a 27 year old new rider and I actually bought my first bike from Miracle Mile. It is a used Honda CBR 900RR of all things. At first I was a little skeptical about buying a Japanese bike from a Harley dealership. That notion was thrown out the door the instant I had contact with my salesperson, Monte. Not once did I feel like I wasn't getting top notch service because I was buying a relatively inexpensive, used motorcycle. I explained that this was going to be my first time owning a motorcycle and Monte couldn't have been more helpful in answering my questions, going over my bike specifically, and just generally good tips when it comes to being a new rider. I felt so comfortable in the dealership I was glad to give them my business. Even when I had a question after my purchase Len, the sales manager, picked up the phone and when I gave my name he immediately knew who I was and was very helpful. When I was speaking to Joanne about the registration process, again, she knew who I was with no need for explanation, had every answer I was looking for and was extremely friendly. I really can't express in this note how happy I was with the service, the facilities, and of course the bike itself. The entire staff I dealt with at Miracle Mile Harley Davidson truly knows what it means to develop a personal relationship in order to keep a customer for life. I know when it's time to make the switch away from the sport bike scene Miracle Mile will be my first and only stop, and I'm happy to tell anyone looking for a Harley Davidson to check them out.

"Unbelievable! I walked out of a dealership and we struck a deal where both of us were happy.
Back in 1995 I have sworn off doing business with a Harley Davidson dealership, but I really wanted a new bike. I have been to a few shops on Long Island and left with nada (except that same bad taste). For "Sh*ts and Giggles" (and a reason to get out for a ride) I decided to go to the new kid on the block and see how poorly they can treat me and my '92 FXRS.
How wrong I was. Barbara gave great phone (which was the reason I went down there) and Len was just plain old fun and honest.
Long story short, I now have a new 2007 model that is the best riding vehicle I have ever owned and I look forward to more visits to Miracle Mile for all my parts and service.

"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I would like to thank your service manager Richard Adams for his dealing with my FLHTC 1996 throttle problem. When I first brought the bike in they tried for 5 days to find the problem with no luck, So we went ahead and did a 20,000 mile service. On the trip home I had the problem again I was leaving the next day for a two week vacation and could not bring the bike back right away. I had wrote a very nasty "poison pen" letter to your dealership to let out my frustration. Lucky for me it was seen by an equally caring sales manager Len Campanelli. Len was kind enough to call me and ask for a "second chance to make things right". I took the bike back to show Len, and he seen with his own eyes and ears the problem I was having. Len in turn put Richard on the case. This guy(Richard) got right to work on my problem, even Taking time out of his (what I suspect is A very busy day) to call me with an update. I know from friends that the problem I was having is not common, but when it happens it is very hard to diagnose. I'm a very lucky person to have had Len read my letter. But when it comes to costumer care and costumer satisfaction You and I are both lucky to have RICHARD ADAMS working for us.
