Q: What are your service hours?
A: Monday,Wednesday & - Friday 9am - 6pm, Tuesday & Thursday 9am - 7pm and Saturday 9am - 3pm.
Q: Do I need an appointment?
A: We utilize an appointment system to ensure that we allow enough time for your service, so it is in your best interest to schedule an appointment with us. Walk-ins are also welcomed.
Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: You can use the Service Request Form or just give us a call at 516-466-8800.
Q: How much time in advance should I schedule my service?
A: Normally, 2-3 days, but there are exceptions.
Q: How long will I be without my bike?
A: For most services, our goal is to have your motorcycle service done on the same day as your appointment. In some instances, it may take a little longer if we have to special order parts.
Q: Do you offer same day service?
A: Miracle Mile Harley-Davidson® can provide same day service on MOST service and repairs for bikes dropped off before 3pm. Call us today at 516-466-8800.
Q: Do you perform collision repairs?
A: Yes. We perform collision repairs from minor to major repairs, such as replacing frames.
Q: Do you pick up bikes?
A: Yes. We have convenient, free, bike pick-up and delivery within a reasonable distance of Miracle Mile Harley-Davidson®. We will come to you in all 5 boroughs, Nassau and Suffolk. Whether you're stranded on side of the road, were in an accident, or can't get your bike out of your garage. Just give us a call at 516-466-8800 and let us know how we could help you.
Q: How often should I service my Harley-Davidson® motorcycle?
A: We recommend every 2,500 miles (engine oil and filter) and a major service every 5,000 miles.
Q: What is that scraping and rubbing noice I hear when I ride?
A: That is a normal sound! The noise is your brake pads in contact with the rotors and high metal content in the pads.
Q: Are light bulbs covered under warranty?
A: Yes, but some items such as oil, filters, battery maintenance, tun-ups, fuel system and cleaning, are not covered. See our Service Writer for details.
Q: Do you offer Extended Service Plans?
A: Yes. If your bike is less than 12 years old and has less than 75,000 miles, we offer an extended service plan through our Finance Department. Some benefits of the plan include: cover the repair cost of over 1,100 parts, nationwide repair location assistance, good anywhere in US or Canada. Q: Do you accept service H-D™ Pre-Paid Maintenance plans that was purchased at another dealer?
A: Yes, but the contract must be an H-D™ Pre-Paid Maintenance plan and not an in house maintenance plan. We also accept the discount maintenance plan from Lighthouse Harley-Davidson®. Please call us at 516-466-8800 for more information.
Q: What can I do to give better information about my bike's symptoms?
A: Be a good detective. Think about when the problem starts. When you start the bike? After it warms up? Does it get better or worse as time goes on? How long has this problem been happening? Does this coincide with any other problems, parts change, or maintenance?
Q: What kinds of parts do you use?
A: We use only certified H-D™ Parts, along with quality parts from other manufacturers that meet or exceed specifications. Some of the performance and aftermarket parts we use include: Drag specialties, Kuryakyn, S&S Sycle, Vance & Hines, Rinehart, Custom Dynamics, as well as many custom chrome and other specialty parts.
Q: Do you offer winter storage for motorcycles?
A: Yes. We offer winter storage every year Nov 1st through March 31st. We will winterize your bike, and keep it in a temperature-controlled facility. For more information and pricing, please see ad below, or call 516-466-8800.

Q: Are you currently hiring for mechanic/ technician positions?
A: We usually post ads when we are searching for our next stellar mechanic. But you are welcomed to fill out an Employment Form with your experience and background, and we will keep your name on file in case an opening comes up.
